Update

Hi all!

We haven't updated in a while, but there really hasn't been anything new to tell. My mom is still struggling with weakness and fatigue. She has been doing a lot of reading and has gotten into a few Netflix series with my dad.

She started on a new treatment plan a few weeks ago. They switched from using the targeted therapy to using Opdivo. It is an immunotherapy drug that has shown success with metastasized cancers. She takes this drug every two weeks through an infusion. Immunotherapy doesn't work right away, so we won't know much until after 3 months of treatment when they do another scan.

She celebrated her birthday last weekend and we had a nice time with the family!
